Speed Cooling did not begin as a fan business — it began as a single production line for 13,000 rpm copper brushless motors. The year we incorporated, we made a bet: the thermal module market was about to extend from industrial use into wearables — but only if you owned your own motor. A fan is just a plastic shell with a spinning blade, so the real margin sits in the motor under the hood: how high it spins, how long it lasts, how tight the QC is.
In the early years, we kept a low profile and only accepted industrial OEM orders: thermal enclosures, equipment-internal cooling fans, instrument motors. We refined our winding process, rotor balancing, and BMS protection know-how — and pulled the tooling and PCBA supply chains into our own Shenzhen facility one by one.
By 2024 we decided the timing was right to take the full stack into the consumer wearable space — and GS5 became the flagship at that inflection point. It does not solve 'build another fan,' it solves 'fit industrial-grade RPM, structural strength, and battery safety into a 300g shell that clips on your waist.'

An industrial fan can be heavy, oversized, mounted anywhere — it lives inside a cabinet.
